imagine going off to a tournament.
imagine not really wanting to play your old army.
imagine having quite a nice budget.

i just recieved my entire new wood elf army from mailorder. i have about a week to get it painted.
im aiming at scoring some points at least from the paintjob on the army.

ok, 2000pts, over 60 models or so. one week.


there will be blood, sweat and beers, there will be crying, gluing of fingers and pics taken.

from today this will be my cause, atleast one update every day (so long as i get to keep this thread up here) with pics.

Its doable just white undercoat and lots of washes. Or green undercoat and paint the odd bit brown. Good luck.

the odds are definitely against me, mostly since i have work to do aswell.

ive assemled somwhere near the 50 miniature mark right now. i`ll undercoat everything tonight and start painting tomorrow morning @ work since mornings are slow.

This should indeed be very entertaining . I kind of miss these kinds of events. Tammy did a fun one a fair while back, and there was also an Ultramarine army that came out great.

ok here we go, im gettuing a cam today so that i can take pics of what ive done.

the army is totally assembled and pretty much basecoated. 15 or so glade guards are painted, one hero is painted.

pics tonight...now im gonna battle my oncoming fever, sucks.
