the theme would be harlequin/saimm hann pirates, so would use harlequin models.I also dont have the codex so I dont no if the army is actuarly legal with so many fast attack.

u could use harlequin models on jetbikes and use them as normal guardians

so i have done u an army list
with what i would have

also if theres somthing u want ill work it out 4 u

all with brightlances

TOTAL = 1048 points

that should be a good enough list to get u started

its not out yet so you have to wait a bit till it does also if ur to paint them in the saim hann colours i would use the new foundation paint mechrite red as a basecoat and black ink it and re basecoat it with mechrite red and highlight with blood red and blazing orange.

any info u can get on what u want to do with ur army will help u lots try looking up things about harlequins and saim hann wild rider armies

this is the classic harlequin jetbike i think they had rules in previous version of the eldar in older edition of warhammer 40k

Also, dunno how things are where you live, but in the German stores, the 3 shining spears box costs less than three single jetbikes do, and AFAIK you have all parts (+ sspears bits) inside to make normal jetbikes. Just an idea. One could even take one of the lances and mount it beneath the bike to make one with shurikencannon...
