So I'm having a debate and want some clarity..
The mounted Behemoth 3 point attachment ability "uncontrolled rage" when does this happen in conjuction to the Cavelry "free meneuver" I belive both effects go off at the same time thus giving me (the active player) the choice of when they get resolved so I would first move with my cavalry meneuver and then resolve "uncontrolled rage" is this correct?
Free meneuver is at the start of a units activation and uncontrolled rage is when a unit activates so as I am thinking these are simultaneous effect? I would choose the order?

Hope someone can explain to me, thank you

Broadly the way this is being ruled by tournament organizers is that they are simultaneous, so you choose which effect goes first. The idea is this game doesn't have timing windows in the way that CCGs do, so "when this unit activates", "each time this unit activates", and "at the start of this unit's activation" are all being ruled as happening at the same time. There is a small group of folks that think "When..." and "Each Time..." basically happens in this nebulous area after you've selected a unit to activate, but before the activation actually happens for there to be a "Start..." The rulebook doesn't actually support either position explicitly, so the people that run events have had to make a determination in the absence of any official ruling from CMON in either the forums or the FAQ. Now the person arguing against you may not be willing to accept that, and if they can't, I highly recommend they join the discord and ask in the order-of-the-maesters channel (the discord's rules question channel.) While I don't always agree with their rulings, it is the most comprehensive collection of the biggest tournament organizers available to the community and they can provide a pretty definitive answer with better reasoning than I am able to present here.
