Testors Dullcote

For protecting minis, is the spray or paint-on version of Testors Dullcote better?

Also, if the answer\'s \"paint-on\", how do I do this? Do I have to use thinners, or what?

Thanks

Well if you can get the spray go for it. But Id also look for other matt sprays if they are available.

Now if your figures are not going to be played heavy with. id use the Vallejo Model Color brush on matt sealer. Two thin coats dried a couple days will be as sough as a spray on dull coat.

Also I find dull coat can yellow after a couple of years.. so dont put it on too thick.

testor dull coat? yes, hell yes. i\'ve use both paint on and several sprays. my absolute fave is the testors. its incredibly durable, WAY easier than paint on, AND it smells like candy. i\'ve never experienced yellowing with the testors.

Thanks. I\'ll try the spray and see how it goes... it\'ll be a lot less hassle, and I\'ll just cross my fingers that I won\'t get any yellowing. I shouldn\'t have to use too much in any case, as I don\'t game with my models.
