Tales of War Marine Scale Check?

Can anyone tell me the scale of the Tales of War miniatures Marine Mercenary? Is it a good match for Wotc Star Wars figures or is it 28mm like Void and Heresy miniatures?

They quote a 25mm base so I think it\'s safe to assume close to 28mm.
