Speed Painting, Experimental Painting Methods

Hi all,

I haven't had as much time to paint lately so I've spent what time I do have experimenting and trying to get things done quicker. Here are some snaps of what I've been trying out; swapping a brush for sponges and fiddling with pigment powders, static grass, gloss finishes etc. Just trying to get outside the box.

Oh. No way to insert an image in the posting form.. (on my Mac). ? That needs fixing.

Well it's the most recent post in my blog, link below. Let me know what you think? I admit, it lends itself more to things that look good weathered, you couldn't do a cleanly Eldar Exarch with these tools - but perhaps the Eldar could do with looking more battle-hardened anyway? =)

In order to put an image into a post, one first needs to upload the image to a site like Photobucket. Then use IMG tags to insert the link to the image into your post.

You can do this directly if you can see the Additional Options under your text-entry window when you post, then use Attachments.

Other than that, external image hosts...

BB code is generated automatically by most image hosts.
