Hiya Pavel.

I think overall it's nicely done, but some areas seem 'messy'. The blue paints is one of these areas. It also looks a bit too thick.

I think you should try for cleaner lines overall, but you are definitely on the right track.

I really love the base, it adds interest and really gives a solid 'setting' for the character.

I know I must work hardly (practice, practice, practice)
I must buy more colors ( I have now more colors for WWII vehicles and little bit fo game colors)

Like the base a lot, as super said before cleaner lines and a little bit more water into the colours that you use. The following artikel is great, and far above my skills, good pictures and information that shows thickness of colour and more. http://www.coolminiornot.com/articles/1814-ujahu-part-ii-painting-the-figure you can easy see that you need many layers of paint for it to become clearly visiable. Ofcourse it also depends on the amount of hours you want to spend on a figure or if you want it at table top quality and spend less time. I for one dont have that patience (or skill) that is required to get the smooth and nice result that automaton gets in his painting.
