Check the right leg you can see the cut and paste check the left arm the same. Looks like a few different minis were stuck together.

hm its not quite painted, its colored :)
its not painted with a brush and actual paint, its painted with photoshop or a program alike

but nontheless, a very good job, maybe it took as long as actually painting it =D

So you all can see it without clicking different links, I made this side-by-side comparison shot. I didn\'t change anything, not even the sizes of the pics, except to crop them and put them together.

Can you see it now, especially given away by how the bases are EXACTLY the same, the light reflecting off base edge the same way, and the same white speck near the center? He must think we are stupid. :mad:

I think it\'s sorta lame to post it as a painted \"mini\". I would have still respected the PhotoShop skills if he had just said that\'s the approach he took. Because, in truth, it\'s pretty good digital painting. But, sadly... he didn\'t do that...:(

an that is the question..if he tell that is a photoshop work i will apreciate it..but he try to put it like a brush painte model..and people are not stupid instead 3 hours ago t had 8,4!lollol

That was posted on purpose by the person to see if CMONers could figure out the difference between a painted mini and a heavily photoshopped mini. There\'s been a lot a talk on other forums lately about CMON. Frankly, it makes me laugh. CMON is as it is, but if they don\'t like it, they don\'t have to post on it ;).

ahh so finally people have noticed :)

I saw the back leg wasn\'t painted, and if you have figured out it is photoshopped, you can clearly see it\'s not 3-D but a flat image.

Hi guys !
it whas indeed some kind of joke on the french forum CREAFIGS. :)

I\'ve posted this because we had lond discussion about some mini posted on CMON and having very good grades althougt the evident use of photoshop to blend the tone and enhance some effects.

So I decided to try something new, an entire mini painted on photoshop. It will be some kind of joke for us, and some kind of test to see how it will be rated.
It is a manner to says : be careful guys.

What I says is easy to verify :
-I post on creafig the fact that it is made on photoshop.
-I create a new account in case of the mini got high grade , not to modify my classment artificially.
-I got much more success with real painting. ;)

Wow, that was Photoshopped? I\'m impressed... but I can\'t see the practice catching on since it must take almost as much skill as actually painting the mini lol

Anyway, yeah, when we vote here, we just trust the submitter to be honest about their submissions, so I think as a group we are easily fooled by these things. Until one person catches each trick that is :) This is why you can post someone else\'s work here... and it might get a good score... but you WILL be found out eventually.
