Sisters of battle and space marines.

So. I Dont play w40k. Im trying to read up on the lore and painting iS my go2’s. But if I where to play. i would love to do a armt based on SoB+some unit of space-marines. Is it possible? What i understand is that black Templars and sob have almost the same fanatic view of the emperor. Would it be possible to throw in like a helt spacemarine with some guards of astartes around him?

Please. Come with ideas, thoughts and critisism if u like. I need to know

Rules wise yes and lore wise yes

The rules of 8th edition are very alliance focused - all that counts as "good" and to the Imperium of Men can be mixed. Custodes with Sisters and Guard ist no problem p.e..
I dont know if the sisters and black templars have a special connection, but the sisters an SM often with fight next to each other. Sisters focus on heretics where SM do everything

you could also Play Ultramarines with Sister from the actuell lore. Guillaume has all sorts of troops in his force. They Fight the Death Guard together. They work together but have not the same understanding of what the Emperor is. The Sisters also want to bring Guillaume to the Imperial Truth. They cannot achieve this he says.....but regardless they will try and try and try.

so from the Lore Point of view you could do nearly anything with Imperial Forces.

maybe the Book I read at the moment “Apocalypse“ there fight Sisters with Primaris Imperial Fists, White Scars and Raven Guard vs. Chaos(Word Bearers and Cultists....Lots of Cultists) for the Protection of a Secret on an Eclesiarchial Shrine World
