Singles or Bits?

Hello. So I have most of my Goritsi box and all put together but there was a slight problem with on of the Dance Masters. Well, two slight problems. First, the poor girl seems to be lacking a face. My solution would have been to fill the hole in her head with green stuff then freehand a mask over it (somehow, I'm notoriously bad at freehanding) but then the second problem happened! One of her arms went missing. So, my question: is there some way I can get a single or find some bits that has somehow eluded my search-fu? Or do I need to buy a whole other box for one model? Help is appreciated!

First, she has a face but is wearing a mask ..... second I would contact CMON support/customer service and ask about the missing arm.

The mask isn't separate, it's a Vega style of mask if you are familiar with the Street fighter reference. It basically gives her a smooth face with no features except for 1 eye hole so she can see.

Any production errors (they might ask you to send a photo) or missing bits they should be willing to replace for you. But, if you did what I did and sent a piece (Pelegarth Howl sword) flying across the room while cutting off a little bit of sprue, never to be seen again. Then you are probably out of luck. Ive resigned to having to model one of my Howls with a cut off hand or trying to scratch build a weapon and hand.

I would love to be able to purchase individual models or bits though. One to replace bits lost through my own carelessness, and two because I really like some of the alt sculpts (like the Ashmen Hakar with the spear).
