Shipping

CMON, is it possible to get an update with information on where you are at with shipping. For myself, many of my gamer friends are in the midst of putting their WOK together while I am still sitting waiting on a sign that it may show up at my house. I think after this delay and with all that has happened with this kickstarter that having quality timely feedback at this point would calm myself and those that are waiting. Think of it from our end and what is running through our brains...did they mess up and skip my order....was everything ok with what I submitted....blah blah. So communication on your end would certainly help with calming your backers still waiting for shipments.

I would agree. I'm going out of my brain with excitement. Can you get the updated cards on this site as well? They are different than what is in the book. Thanks.

In update #109 it was said they started with the shipping and will need few weeks. What kind of update should they give few days after? Which was also made clear in #110.
Even if they say "we did 200" or "...500 packages", it would mean nothing for us, because some orders are fast packed and some need much longer. Because of many addons, wanted factions and wanted swaps.

I hate it, too, but we can only wait until we get our stuff. So few weeks of patience is needed, not few days.

Most companies make easy packages first and proceed with more complicated orders. So if you got much, it is more likely to need more patience.

I totally have to agree with this. If you had a boat load of merchandise (Which IS the case here!) to sort and ship, the most advantageous thing to do is process the large number of simple orders out first. Not only does this get orders out the door but it is also clearing out room to process the more complex orders. All that merchandise has got to eat up a massive amount of floor space.

Only good part for me and my fellow europeans is, that the packages are packed in china (as I know). So I'm this time not the last one because of the amount of addons I ordered.

Just makes me sad that those of us who pledged the a LOT will have to wait the longest. :(

So here we are 10 days since the last update said packaging and shipping began. Has anybody started receiving yet?

Lots of people have received their pledges. I'm not sure if there actually is any rhyme or reason to how they're shipping the orders. I'm just happy that orders are being shipped but it would be cool if they threw us a bone and just explained how they're shipping them out.

My buddy ordered the basic stuff on his, he hasnt got his yet either. My order was a tad bigger than his but not by much. we are both still waiting in IL. I'd say two more weeks and more and more will be pumping out fairly quick.

No one local has received their kickstart yet. Orders range from single faction starter to every model. Clearly cmon is working at the speed of government employee. I really hope i do not receive a notice of all orders filled before notice of order shipped, that has happened with 3 of my cmon kickstarts.

CMON...where is my stuff? Honestly at this point I just do not understand what is going on. Do you have three people shipping? I managed a shipping hub for a VERY large company and even with a fairly small team we could get VERY large orders picked, packed and out the door each day and on time. I have also worked as a consultant for other companies, that hired me to look at their shipping process and procedures and then impliment changes to increase their shipping volumes, speed up the process and limit errors. I state all of this because I understand how all of this is supposed to work and as an outsider looking in it seems there must be an issue at CMON. Either the manpower is limited, the process is flawed or both. At this point you should have an idea on where you are at and how many orders you have remaining. Would you mind sharing that information along with an estimate of how long it will take to fulfill the remaining orders? If you need any help getting your shipping process cleaned up I can always send you my resume for consideration.
