The card states that they are BL(1) however the markers in the book are slightly smaller. Before I model custom markers I wanted to confirm which size is accurate. Any clarification on this is greatly appreciated.

If you are looking at Shard Fields in a book that means you are looking at Apocalypse, which is from the previous edition of the game. It should not be used in any way to reference rules or alike.

Thanks for the prompt reply! I was looking at the copy for personal use section of the 2013 core rules. I'd thought that was still current.
