If I charge an enemy using sentinel does my charge get resolved before or after enemy rolls dice for hits ?
I am thinking after as then they will have been attacked. ?

Page 17 of the rules lays out the attack sequence. Any ability, like Sentinel, that triggers "after a unit has been attacked" triggers during the "Attack Completed" step. So it is after the panic test, if any.
