Selling my Well Painted Battle of the Five Armies -GW - need advice

So, I've decided to part with the GW 10mm Battle of the Five Armies set (and plenty of extras) that I painted up a few years ago. I have always hoped to play the game but just never had time. So my intention is to sell them on ebay soon but was wondering if it would be wiser to sell the whole boxed set (and additional painted metal figures in the range) all together or to sell them by unit type. I believe it would be better for the buyer and for me to sell as a whole but thought I would ask to see if I am missing something.

btw...here is a thread with a few of the photos.

For scale reference, that's a penny Gandalf and Bilbo are standing on.

beautifully done...
you may just a little bit insane;)...
probably a little bit cross-eyed after all that tiny work...

i would say that you should put the entire set up for auction to start...
if it doesn't sell the first week, relist it exactly the same once more, then look at breaking it up...

i find that the first week of an auction can get people's interest, but they might not have money that week...
usually a relisted item sells...

if that doesn't work out, then break it up...
you will probably have had a few questions about individual items by then...

now go paint something 54mm to make your eyes happy;)...
keep up the good work...

cheers
