Scibor Miniatures, looking for some info.

As I stated in this thread, I purchased several miniatures from Sciborminiatures.com several weeks ago and though my payment has cleared I have not received any correspondence from them, or replies to my e-mails regarding a time table for when I should expect the figures. I don't mind waiting for them, I would just like SOME word confirming that they received my order and payment and are processing it. I understand that back-orders and whatnot could take time but it worries me that I've heard nothing from them directly.

So, can anyone vouch for them? Anyone else have a similar experience that resolved well, or poorly?

I've bought from their website. It took a little over a month for the items to arrive since it comes as slowly as possible from Poland (I'm in the US), but they deliver.

Hi there, had exactly the same experience.

I placed an order and a few weeks later I started to wonder where my order was, I hadn't recieved any order confirmation or shipping / tracking info. I sent them a couple of emails in the space of 2 to 3 days and they replied to the second one reasuring me that the order had been shipped and they gave me a tracking number which I was able to use to follow my order from the Polish postal service website.

I think I had my order in my hands somewhere between 3 and 4 weeks after I placed the order probably closer to 4 (I'm in the UK). I believe shipping is slow as it travels by land and sea rather then air presumably to keep the costs down. I think there was a delivery estimate on the website which may have been a little optimistic or perhaps they were just really busy at the time. Either way now that I know what to expect I have been back and ordered twice more from them and have been very happy with the service.

Slightly off topic but when my order finally arrived I was not dissapointed. Far from it in fact, the resin bases in particular are second to none IMHO. If you are looking for a quick easy way to elevate a mini from a high standard to an inspiring centre piece then Scibor is the place to go.

So to answer your last question my order was resolved well and I would highly recomend them if you are prepared to wait.
