Been working on some space marines Chose to go for the Salamanders

These are my WIP so far.

Salamander Terminator Captain (I know hehasn\'t got black skin, but I think jet black skin is a stupid idea)

The beginning of my Flamer Terminator

greemn is looking nice. i agree that jet black skin isnt the best idea, and odd to paint to boot. im going for afro carribean skin with my salamanders. good work

I might give it a try, never painted that tone skin before so will need to practice it on some spare heads, before I rip his off.

I need a new camera as well those photo\'s are awful - grainy as hell

Looking good so far, very true to the GW style, but I think that the contrasts on the guys face are too abrupt.
Agreed, jet black skin is dumb, Africans would be cool, but they\'re your minis, so do whatever takes your fancy.

nice armor. I like the way the green turned out.

Fantastic green!!! However I think that the abundance of gold kind of retracts from the mini. I think it would look much better if you just used either boltgun metal or chainmail on the metal parts of the gun.

Keep it up can\'t wait to see more!
