Runners and taunt skill

I have a doubt on the taunt skill with runners.

If the runner is in the adjacent zone that than the survivor that activates the skill, it only reaches the survivor or it reaches and attack?

Taunt lets the zombies on the selected zone to have an activation and runners has 2 actions per activation. So it moves (reaches) and attack the adjacent survivor. Well he asked for it...

Although Taunt skill can be a strategic skill such as saving a fellow survivor by distracting zombie or forcing zombies to move towards the taunting player.

...and we've been playing it wrong the entire time. Missed the "All Zombies standing in the selected Zone immediately gain an extra activation"
