Hi guys. I'm a Rivet Wars fan. I really love this game in all it's parts. But after not seeing any updates from long time I need to do this question.
Is Rivet Wars dead? Are ours chance to see new expansions definitively vanished? I know CMON work on so much games but I want to know if there's any official news about the end of this great game.
Thanks to all who answer or simply read this.

I have posted a comment on the original kickstarter site October 2016, and no one has posted ever since. There is no actvity on the facebook page either. So it seems quite dead. A shame since Mr. Nova really made a great game.:waiting:

By the most dissapointing DUNGEON HORROR DEED! ;-)

I'm considering starting a channel on youtube and one of my videos would be actually setting up scenarios and discussing tactics and discussing Rivet Wars in a way not yet done on youtube. Would people here be interested in that? Or has the peak been reached on this?

I'm hoping to bring Rivet Wars back into the light, even a little bit. Catching Ted's attention and letting him know there's still a community and we are still supportive. I hope to have more information on this soon.

I'll subscribe too. But I am extremely disappointed in CMON. I took a break from gaming for almost 3 years back when Ted was drawing all the Russian and Turk stuff. I got $600 worth of KS stuff and even bought a copy of the game at the store. Most of it is unopened. So I got the gaming group together and they saw the boxes and want to play. These are hard core wargamers. CMON and Ted dropped the ball on this one.

This is the exact reason I don't do KS anymore and why I will never buy another CMON game. I got totally screwed by Fairytale games and another company losing over $700 dollars. Now CMON has done this with Rivet Wars. Its pathetic both from a business and a hobbiest point of view. RW was a smashing success. They took our money and ran. Yes we got the product but no support after the first flush.

I really want those Russians and Turks. As it stands right now I may just sell it all.

Life is always breathed into games with consistent releases, but even now there are so many models I've not used them all yet (or painted) I dug them out last week and had a game, forgot what a great fun tactical game this is.

As soon as I get a new camera I'm gonna start some games and how tos online. I'm hoping getting more attention and media around it may get COM On's or Teds attention. Who knows. BTW: My channel is Landship Scorpios on youtube. I need a new camera before anything amazing gets up there...

Thoroughly enjoyed the video mate. You've got a fun, humorous and engaging style. Little things like the props and initial setting of the scene go a long way in enticing the audience in. It separates it from the run-of-the-mill vids you often get.

I got into Rivet Wars after the KS. Managed to snag most of it over time bar a few bits and pieces I still keep an eye out for.
Like the rest of you guys, am disappointed it's been (seemingly) neglected. Was really looking forward to seeing the Western front stuff we'd been teased.

The Western Front promises to add some very interesting units; but I've not spoken to Ted in over a year now :(

If I am not mistaken, I believe Ted is the Art Director at Sparkypants studios working on Dropzone. Looks like they've been working on it for some time and he's put a lot of work into it. I think we have our several year gap in Rivet Wars, he's been elbows deep in Dropzone making it look as good as he can.

Rivet Wars must've taken a large portion of his time and allowed him to get a better position as an Art Director. I say, good for him! Hopefully in the future we'll see more from him, though.
