Return at period?

I see rules for replenishing players and standing up players but there is no rule for returning all players to the starting line at each period, just at the half. However in the Cool Mini Or Not game-play video they do. What is the rule for this?

You only return all players to the scrimmage line at Half-Time after all players have been benched.
