Due to financial difficulty I have to sell the prize of my miniature collection:
Rackham's Hybrid board game, with almost everything ever made for the game. As you may know, Rackham used to make the most beautiful and inventive fantasy miniatures ever for its game Confrontation, but unfortunately switched over to prepainted plastics, making these figs rare. Not to mention that many of the Confrontation figs with official hybrid cards were limited edition and are otherwise very, very rare to find, much less to find EVERYTHING in one place - what you see below was a couple of years of actively searching all over the world for each and every one of these figs, sometimes purchasing them from small stores in Europe using babel fish and paying horrendous shipping charges! This is a deluxe lot for the master painter and/or collector that wants something truly rare, and includes:
Hybrid & Nemesis Expansion -Both neatly organized in a box, cards in rare Rakham card boxes. Note that since the small wound counters come in too thin cardboard paper, I did what the forums recommend and glued them to bead counters for ease of use. It works much better!

-Dirz Crossbowmen 1,2 and 2 (brand new blister, contains 9 total crossbowmen, enough for a full unit under the C4 rules)
-Lady Claudia Nessalith (brand new blister)
So with this lot, you can play not just Hybrid with two forces, but Confrontation 3, Dogs of War with about 5 forces, and field one large Confrontation: Age of Rag'Narok army (Dirz) and a smaller one (Griffon)
Without further ado, the Hybrid-compatible Confrontation figures. Note, A few figures assembled and these are noted by an A next to them, the rest are new (though many blisters have been opened to add cards to card boxes). The rest is the name of the blister/box, NOT the number of figs - that would take forever to itemize (on average there's about 2-4 figs per blister, 5-8 figs per box, except for creatures). Note that if I list a number next to the name, that means the blister numbers. Some of these figures had different sculpts available for variety, so Tiger of Dirz 1,2,3 means the Tiger of Dirz 1 blister, Tiger of Dirz 2 blister, and Tiger of Dirz 3 blister. In some cases the sculpts were VERY different - for example, Khor warrior 1 and 2 had three male dwarfs a piece, but Khor Warrior 3 contained three female warriors. As far as I know I have all existing blister variants for every fig. Also, if I list "incarnation", that means the model was resculpted.

As you can see, this is pretty much everything ever made for Confrontation except for two items: the Alyena of Dirz model available to members of the Confederation of the Dragon fan club, and the boxed set of Griffin Fusiliers, since there was barely a difference between the 3 in the blister and the two extra ones from the boxed set. Oh, and as noted above, Sasia Samaris' 1st incarnation.
Again, this set is the result of exhaustive work and more money than I care to think - some of these figs go for $50-60 by themselves! If you were to somehow spend a year or two devoted to tracking these down yourself, you'd end up paying about twice the opening price of this - and the price is only going to go higher as the figs become rarer and rarer.
I provide free shipping in the US, though I might mail the books/magazines separately (still free). The models will be very carefully packaged.
