Questions about Ivan's ability

If Ivan (controlled by red) scores a crit on an attack roll and takes control of a hero (controlled by blue):

1) Do monsters perform guard reactions against that hero?
2) Can that hero attack heroes from their own guild? (the blue guild)
3) If that hero kills a character who gets credit for the kill? (blue or red)
4) Can the activated hero complete a quest? (blue hero controlled by Ivan who is controlled by red kills a green hero)

What character is Ivan?

The Special Rule in question is: "If his attack roles any [*], he ends the Target's activation and control's a new activation of the Target (who may not activate another Hero)."

I don't see any reason the target's new activation would be treated any different then a regular activation, other than not allowing other heroes activate. Credit should be handled the same way as a guard/payback reaction, going to the model not the controller. As to attacking a member of his own guild, the wording on the attacking rules would be a no, but the note on PvP quests implies a yes.

So if a hero attacks Ivan and fails to overkill him, and then Ivan rolls a crit on his attack roll, he can move the hero through spaces close to himself triggering guard reactions and keep doing this until he fails to roll a crit on an attack roll or the hero dies?

Control of the monsters goes to the player to the right of the Active player, when the Red player activates the Blue hero, Green or Yellow would be in control of Ivan. If Green, and Yellow would rather continue the cycle over any other strategy, then Blue would likely regain control of the hero quickly.
