I stumbled on a website with some fantastic artwork on it the other day. It\'s called Alien1452, and although it has a bit of slightly fetishistic Japanese lady art that means it\'s not necessarily for the kiddies (nothing too dirty though, mostly some boobies on show, no worse than things I\'ve seen on CMON!) it has a fair old mix of stuff. The style and some of the pallets used are flipping quality, and it has some great glow effects, skintones and metal effects in the work, so at risk of coming across as a bit of a perv here it is. It tends to be a bit up and down, so if it doesn\'t go to the right page just try again later I guess.

I\'m really tempted to have a go at making a mini of this one actually, but it would be bloody tough.

Yeah, that one is certainly one of the more odd ones. It\'s not a picture I\'d put on my wall, but he\'s actually removed the naughty bits, so I suppose it\'s better than if the ignition socket wasn\'t there! It\'s just the freakishness of it that brings about the I think.

Funny I just stumbled across this site myself!

Found the link on the conceptart.org forums.

Really impressive stuff some of it. Actually inspired me to do some digital drawing (just wish I had more time for stuff like that).

Thanks James a very interesting site, great artwork. There are several of the images (particularly from the 2006 galleries) which would make interesting Miniatures.

I did notice a slight similarity to the colour tonality used by Luis Royo on some of his work, but it is definitly not blatant.

Altough some of the images are, as you said more \"Adult\" themed, there was nothing distasteful. Having said that, there are one or two people I know who find the Manga/Anime Large eye pubescent teen style disturbing.

Personally there were one or two which I thought mechanised the female form and reduced them to object status, but after thought about them, perhaps the artist intended to provoke the reverse reaction in the viewer.

There are several pieces in there which I have no doubt provide inspiration for painters on here, myself included.
