More of a Quality of Life (or Gaming) note, but the Choose Expansions pack comes up every time and the last expansions selected are not always selected. I would go with a default of the previously selected expansions if possible or move this to the Options menu instead of requiring it on every game initialization. If the latter, a button on the "division selection" could provide an interface from the division selection screen to the new Option Sub Menu (to make expansions more visible). I believe Nightfall used an Option menu to select expansions, etc.

I agree i would make it faster to start a new game if one could choose the expansions at the same time as choosing divisions.
On another note, one troop can only equip one grafting not several -> making the wave 2 power less powerful.
And should a paratrooper be able to equip grafting cards?
