Psychogenics Lab and Grafting Lab Don't Upgrade to Dreadmire Versions

I notice that unlike the other divisions, the Psychogenics Lab and Grafting Lab still use their Onslaught versions rather than the Dreadmire ones. Here's what their new versions should look like:
