So, last September I filled out my info on the pledge manager just fine. Now, when I attempt to login to the pledge manager (to make sure my shipping info is correct) it says I have the wrong password and when I attempt to reset the password with my email address it gives me: Error Can't find user.
I only use one email address; it is the same one that my kickstarter account uses, it is the same one I'm logged into CMON right now... I'm lost, please halp.
