Problem with Order....

Not sure if this is the right thread to put this in, but I need to inquire to whom I should speak to about the orders that have been placed through the CMON shop. I have e-mailed the CMON shop, but received no answer yet.

I have ordered two Ar-Fienel about 2 weeks ago....only to receive one in the mail during the week that just passed.

If the Mods can assist or if someone can redirect me to the right person would be appreciated.
