Problem with green stuff

Hi, im new in this, hope this post is in the right place.

My problem is that i can't get rid of a plastic film in my green stuff. What can i do?

Sometimes the GS acts like it's glued to the plastic its wrapped in! Get it cold in your fridge then when you get it out - pull it off quickly. Then use a baggie going forward with thicker plastic.
