Pro Painting guide - Book

Hey guys,

I'm looking to get a book on professional painting techniques, for 28mm and 54-75mm figures. I want something that will push me as a painter, so am up for a challenge!

Any suggestions?

I know there are loads of dvds and stuff online, but I'm after a book.
