Please help it may mean the difference between life and death!

Hi guys I am posting to implore your help. My friend Joanne was hit on her Motorcycle Friday night and is in critical condition. Basically every thing was broken short of her spine and skull. Which was only saved thanks to wearing proper safty gear. If you can give please do is does not have to be her type as you will see below in the information. Your donation could be the diffrence in making it through the battery of surgerys she needs. Most importently the one to repair her heart.

terrible. as a former motorcycle rider i know first hand how dangerous the roads can be because of careless drivers. my friend was killed two years ago on his bike, and i haven't looked back.
my best wishes for her speedy recovery - at least her spine and skull are ok, as bad as it is, it could be much worse.
ill do what i can.
