Pixie Trickster

My first miniature for 2007 is one of Rackham\'s Pixie Tricksters - my personal favorite of the three.

The white parts were built up using some of the new P3 colors: Hammerfall Khaki -> Menoth White Highlight -> (a tiny bit of) White. For shading I used VMC Russian Uniform. The pumpkin head started with P3 Bloodstone and was highlighted with VMC Orange Brown -> GW Bleached Bone -> VMC Light Sand. Shading was done with purples and greens. Almost blasphemous for a Rackham mini, but for (the few) metallic bits I used *gasp* real metallics ... and I liked it

Ah Gunji, so very very nice. I love the purple in the dagger and then tied back into the figure on the fingernails.

I have to repeatecho what others have said - that Pumpkin is phenomenally good, pefect even. The rest of the mini is prewtty damned good too but the pumpkin head is just pure art. :beer:
