Pigment Powders

So I\'ve been looking at a friend\'s web store and I found some stuff called \"pigment powder\" from Mig Productions. Can anyone tell me what this stuff is used for, or point me to somewhere that goes into detail about them?

As far as I understand it, it\'s basically what is says: powdered pigment

There\'s some sort of fixer that makes the stuff adhere to the surface, and you can use to simulate a range of effect, but usually used for things like Rust and verdigris

you can use alcohol or turps to stick it. just brush it on with a dry makeup brush. great stuff. do it after you have varnished etc
