Photo Question

I want to start placing photos in the gallery here on Cmon
I did take photo of the models and now the models are sold.
After checking all the photos I realized that the only decent picture taken by GW, probably our member here Monkeyboy ( Dirty )
Can I use the photo or am I SOL.
Any suggestions.

This is an interesting question and I think bottom line you'd have to ask first.

Technically, the photo isn't even MY property. Because I was employed by GW when I shot it, it is THEIR copyright. And, really, it depends on what you are using the photo for, I think. If I were you, I would probably use the photo, credit GW for the copyright, and if they have a problem, the first thing they can do is tell you to "cease and desist", which means you just have to take it down and not use it anymore.

For using the photo in the galleries here, I don't see a problem. A problem usually only arises if you use the photo to make money (eg. using the photo on eBay to sell the model).

GW have certainly allowed folk to make use of their photos for their own work before - I doubt it's a problem, but as monkeyboy says the worst they can do is ask you to take the image down.
