Paralytic Aura against Stalker

Which rule takes precedence?Basically if a model with Stalker engages a model with Paralytic Aura, can he disengage?

I would think that paralytic presence would take precedence. Stalker allows them to ignore disengage costs, but they are still disengaging, which paralytic presence prevents.

Yes, ignoring the disengage costs, doesn't mean that a stalker doesn't need to disengage. The Stalker can only do it for free (meaning without the movement costs).

Keep in mind, other effects can cause disengages that Paralytic Aura would prevent. Anything that allowed a model to move after a strike, like the Wolves normal attack, or the Pelegarth Howl's training that would let someone move if an ally gets disengaged from, would not be allowed by Paralytic Aura. Basically, once you are engaged, you are stuck unless they disengage you, your you do something to force them away, like knockback.

Pelegarth Howl has something to do that the enemy disengage and allows in this moment under the training to move toward this enemy. Do you mean another training?

Howl training allows an ally to move if the enemy disengages. So if some Nasier are engaged with Sevridian and others, those other models can disengage without the Nasier forces being able to follow due to Paralytic Aura.
