Paperhammer Thunderhawk Gunship

A few days ago I started work on a scratch built Thunderhawk gunship using Eli Patoroch's templates.
The level of detail Eli put into these templates is truly remarkable, and I encourage anyone interested
in scratch building to try them out. His templates can be downloaded here: http://www.4shared.com/dir/2PQOMQdP/Eli_Patoroch.html#.
So far I have only put together the interior of the front section and painted it, but I will update this thread regularly with progress, so stay tuned.

Top Cockpit

Here's some pics of the top section of the cockpit, which I'm still painting.
All the templates were printed on thin card in black and white if anyone's
interested, and I used steel wire along the main areas for support.

Ill finish painting the interior tomorrow, and start work on the exterior details, then move onto the next section

Dude, I admire the dedication you give to this project, I mean... you are assembling it from zero with cardboard cuts! I can barely make a scratchbuild vehicle because of my lack of patience XD

thanks I'm not sure the specifications of the thickness, but its just some thin A4 card that my local printing shop had. hope that helps
