Painting Sunglasses?

False Keraptis

New member
I\'m looking for tips, methods, and examples for painting good-looking sunglasses. I\'m working on a squad of Texan Scrunts, and cool shades will make a huge difference. \"Never let them see your eyes.\"
Thanks!

How do you want to do them:
gem-like - highlighted, shaded, with painted catchlight;
reflective - like SENMM, with painted illusion of mirrored or reflective surface?

I\'d paint them like gems, but with some extra diagonal lines going up from the bottom in an extreme highlight color (i.e. white mostly)

this gives quite a shiny look

Yup... that\'s the way to do it.

I like the gem method for goggle-type glasses and the SENMM way for glasses and sunglasses.
