Does anyone have tips on doing ghost effects on minis?

I like the whole eery green blue glow effect sometimes done on spirits and such but have no idea how to achieve it.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

basically, begin at gw snot green or enchanted blue (depending on youre preference) and highlight all the way up to white, leaving the green or blue in the cracks and deep recesses. for nmm, begin at fortress grey and go to white, then water down blue or green and apply it around rivets, base of the blade (by the handle) and such, just as you would weathering effects with brown on nmm.

You could also use phosphor paint. It has a slight green tinge and glows in the dark.
