Orky Zeppelin - Speed freak boomy doom

Hi guys, thought I\'d share with you all my current project. A scratchbuild for my ork speed freek army.

This model counts as a battlewagon and I\'m getting close to undercoating and basing it now.

I tried a bigger end on the gun but I think I like it better sans knob.

I\'ve also started adding the grot rigger crew, I also intend to add a board suspended over the side with 2 arguing grots, 1 wanting to paint it blue and 1 wanting to paint it red. Obviously having started at the same spot and telling each other off.

There\'s also the intention to add a leaping ork or 2 and a grot flying off the edge off the blimp.

Anyways, more later.

I had to check and see that you weren\'t jamessession (ork + conversion freak!). Looks amazing so far, can\'t wait to see it when it\'s painted.

can\'t wait to see the paint job..

2 grots....argueing in middle...blue panel is painted from one end of plank to near middle. red is the same as above but started from other end of plank in red.

this idea....is worth seeing the completed blimp.

Yeah all GW stuff. They\'re actually OK gnoblars. Some are from the scraplauncher kit, most are from the plastic boxed set.

Thanks for the comments guys. I\'m considering doing up a whole army using this theme. I\'ve already got the other Zep as you can see, also got some smaller balloons and copters that I can use as bikes or dethkoptas.

I\'ll see how I go with the rest. More to come.

I\'ve yet to add a couple more lines of rivets along the sides of the balloon with some plate-like stuff.

Anyways, here\'s my updates. I think this is almost done.

This little guy is my favourite...last minute thought before I finished for the day, built him in 5 minutes!
