in ork fluff are power claws meant to permanently be attached to an ork (ie. to replace a mising limb) or is the hand still there?

Orks don\'t exactly have many rules, and if they did they wouldn\'t follow them anyway Some of them look more implanted than strapped on, but as these kind gentlemen have pointed out they work well either way.
