I dont think it's bad at all. It lacks depth and pop but all in all its not bad. I like the flesh work but overall there isnt a lot of depth in general. Remember, in small scale you have to really push the contrast farther than you feel comfortable with. It aint easy to get used to but just practice. Now if this is purely for tabletop use then your fine. If you are looking for show quality there needs to be a lot more done. You have good brush control and the paintwork is neat and clean, just push your contrast. Looking forward to seeing more from you!

I think you're off to a good start. There's a decent mix of gritty/realistic and a bit more cartoony style (the skin) but the really important things to get right as a foundation are all there - colour differentiation, neat edges, different materials look like what they're supposed to be.

Personally I'd go with less yellow on the skin highlights but that's more down to personal taste than anything. One thing I would recommend you aim for is a little more careful consideration of light direction, without any other changes that would take your work up a rung.
