Ork Biker warboss

having no idea of games outside of my small circle of friends who play i wanted an opinion of what weapon i could get away with calling this guys blade arm, http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/orkwbbike.htm

im talking about wysiwyg more than anything here, can i get away with saying its a custom power klaw type weapon, at the very least i could call it a big chopper, but the klaw was what i wanted,

my plan was to give this guy a power klaw and a retinue of nob bikers w/ painboy (for feel no pain and cybork bodies) the idea being that they would tear through most infantry in combat, as well as drawing alot of fire away from the rest of my army, in your opinions what would be better? a big choppa is cheap at 5pts and grants 2+strength, the power klaw though would add punch against heavy armoured targets, what would be best for my warboss?



I really dont want to convert this guys left arm cos it looks cool the way it is.

any opinion or advice appreciated

I way that calling it a power klaw would be most sensible. It\'s powered, clearly it has a motor. And the fact that it\'s more a circular saw then pincer claws makes sense in that a bike is going to me moving, and closing something big and heavy, say a tank, in a vice would in most cases A) pull the user off the bike, and most likely causing injury or death to said user (at least a back case of road rash) or B) the loss of said power claw (and possibly the user\'s arm) as the bike continues forward and the claw is still \"attached\" to the target.
So I say go for it! The one question is how would you show the cybork body on this model?

I\'d personally go for the PK, the waepon on the FW warboss could be interpreted as anything you like i say, it\'s shapes like a PK, with a grinding bit instead of a snapping bit.

I undersatand that you\'ve never heard of the Waaagh Forums, a large orc-forum, i knopw a couple of ppl here are also members of the waaagh. it has great rules and WIP threads.

Power Klaw seconded. I just don\'t think it looks too much like a choppa, which I\'d just imagine as a sword/knife/axe thing, optionally with powered chains or stuff. Also, what mud duck said, a conventional \"claw\" would be kind of awkward on a fast moving bike.
Go for the Klaw, I say.
