looks good. the only things that really stand out at me is the flame and the base. The flame could use some oranges and yellows and maybe a tad bit of whit at the very base of the flame. you got the black though, just keep the black on the very tips of the flame. looks like you went for an industrial look to the base. I\'m not really feeling it, maybe add some rivets and cover up where you glues the tab into the base. Overall 7.5 but I\'ll round up. keep up the good work!

Great paint job. The background is so rich that it steals much of the vibrancy of the mini.

your a good painter but not doing the base properly is letting you down, also try not to let other parts of the mini go out of focus(sword) and i agree that the fire should be brighter, go up through oranges, yellows, tipped with white/yellow here and there.
your image quality is clear as are your close ups.

i like it.

Overall a very solid piece. The boots and hat are a little weak compared to the rest though, just a bit more smoothness to the blends.

The red background is distracting and the base being blank will draw low votes from some people.

Personally I won\'t vote on a figure with an unfinished base unless the artist explains why (commission work for example).

yes, I know, it is sh1tty simple, but I think it will end on some battlefield with redone base, rather in cabinet

here is also more visible to see the difference between flame and rest of figure, because it is painted with fluorescent paint
On the other hand base looks better IRL - it is painted with metallics, so it is hard to do good photo.
Or should I rather paint figures too look good on auctions? what do you think?

Is that eagle painted on or actually debossed in there? If it\'s painted that way - whoa cool!

This perspective does add something to it, even if it\'s not \"based\" in a traditional way. I think it\'s great.

The eagle is impressed - there is about 1mm thick layer of miliput on the base.

Is very beautifully done, that new picture makes a big difference with regards to the base, i had thought u had just been lazy and slapped a coat of brazen brass on it. The leather on the the hat and the boots doesn\'t look as smooth as the cloth, but still a very nice job

the flame is a bit too red it needs yellow and orange in it, the red should be the hottest bits and yellow at the least hotest points.

I love the painting, great choice of colours and most of the miniature is really smooth, just the same as every1 elses comments, the flame needs those extra highlights and although the eagle looks cool on the base i think it could be loads better, good piece tho
