Order Problem

I just received my order and there is a problem with one of the miniatures I ordered, Euphoria's Mariskal Richelle and Pitbull 2000, the girl has some very bad mold slip.

Who should I speak to about getting this mini replaced?

Borg would be the one, but be aware that they are in the middle of moving their warehouse, so response might be slow.

Hmm 2 months on and this probelm has still not been resolved.
I send Borg a message, no reply.
Chern sent me an email a month ago saying that a replacement would be sent but I have still not seen it.
