Ogre Kingdoms Commission - WIP

Most of my WIP threads have featured more videos than photos... which some folks don't like. So this time I'm going to be doing more photos (also, because the client asked for them).

At this point in the photos all I have done is the basic build. I haven't done any seam filling or base work.

I had to do a bit of customization work on the clubs. For some reason, every one of the right-handed clubs is identical. WTF? Since it wasn't going to take long, I snipped some of the lefties and swapped them out with the righties.

After I took the photos I decided that I wanted to see what the limitations of the new Liquid Green Stuff were so I used it exclusively to do all of my seam filling. I have previously been pretty happy with using it for light seam work but in this case I used it to fill some of the numerous gaps left by the arms and heads (if you want to position the heads in any way other than face forward there are lots of seams to fill. My inspection this morning seemed to indicate that it worked out well but I'll only have a really clear view of this after I get the primer on.

i fing its good for small gaps but the larger ones, may need a few hits. Looking at these with interest, love the ogres!

Actually, I found that you can really goop that stuff into the gaps and it will fill it rather well. I actually like this better than Squadron Green which is what I used to use for this kind of thing.

So, here are some new pics:

More flesh tones. These days I'm mostly using P3 paints once I get past the dark flesh.
