Nurgle Minotaurs

Mouth of Sauron

How would you make a Nurgle Minotaur? I was thinking of adding tentacles, open belly etc. However, I\'m not very good at sculpting, but it doesn\'t sound too difficult.

Any more idea\'s?

Thanks!

You can make badly stitched together gashes, boils, patches of rotten flesh with maggots crawling in and out, etc. It would also look nice if you did something with the mouth area, like a partially rotted upper lip and nose. Bandages could also look good if painted in suitably dirty, stained colours.

Yeah, Allan C\'s Nurgley stuff is beautiful (in a mouldy, diseased way...:D). Here is a fabulous new mini for Enigma Miniatures by Seth Nash, sculpting wise there might be a few helpful ideas :] Lots of the exposed muscle, severed heads and crude stitching/bandaging theme. Magnificent stuff :D

woah Bill that\'s sweet just like a giant Pestigor ... even got the same weapon as the champ ;)

Guess it kinda depends on your skill level as to how far you want to take it..

Sculpting extra details particularly nurgle stuff is fairly easy and a good introduction to sculpting additional details. Basically anything goes..
I\'m currently doing some commission Nurgle stuff and Nurgle mino\'s are starting off with River troll BodiesThen the tattered bandages etc are being sculpted..Also Finding some very useful bits on the Rat Ogre Sprues ..The arms in particular are really useful.

so if you put him on the same scale as our normal 28mm minis...he\'d be a REALLY big guy!

Yeah, and if you surrounded him by a unit of 10 mm infantry he\'d be EVEN BIGGER bigger than a REALLY big guy! :duh:

Damn it Bill, why did you have to put up a picture of that? I want it so much. Seth\'s getting bloody good at those large scale models isn\'t he?

I\'ve only just got going on his Liddell and now there\'s this temping me. It\'s a damn good job I don\'t have any cash at all right now or there would be another model gathering dust on my shelf.

Alan\'s one though, it leaves me feeling a bit meh! I can\'t see anything that special going on. Perhaps a painted version will change my mind.

Enigma have a cracking range altogether really don\'t they?

Funny, I\'m more interested in Allan\'s demon... Although I certainly wouldn\'t mind painting Seth\'s minotaur either!
