Hi out there,


first mini im posting on cmon
would like to know what you think about it
as you can see it is still WiP

body is not glued to the horse by now
and third macehead for the morning star is still missing

any advice or ideas ?

I think most people are already clicking the \'back\' button before the first picture being loaded.
2500x2400 pictures don\'t do very good

not too bad so far, all looking suitably nurgley, you seem to be handling the GS ok, keep going and keep posting

I think you\'d get more comments if you had the pics in the thread rather than a link

A good size I\'ve found is between 400-600, as above, pixels wide depending on what you\'re trying to show, and keep your cropping close to the mini

love that base. and the head looks good as well. the mace seems a bit straight. i would reccomend doing more to it. possibly making it bend a little more and give it a more wild look. i would also have it going back towards the figure so that it leads the eye naturally to the figure as a whole.

changed the head a bit
will post tomorrow when gs has hardened and its primered
close up from flail will follow tomorrow too

ah and the base is the normal archaon base ^^

love the mace, although i would swivel the chains round so they show the motion of the swing

also, i would blend the sores on the horses neck more so they dont look like 3 rings, and more like they are erupting from the skin

helmet changed as i said already.
also added a wound to the horses neck and changed the sores
is that how u meant it freak ?
weapon closeup will follow later i think

i\'m thinking about the base atm goin to use the archaon base with some swamp around it
(like stone pile or ruins inside the swamp)
tried to achieve some swamp look on the base above want to know what you think about it
