Nurgle Dreadnougth WIP - Help required...

Ok so I have been attempting to paint this nurgle dread for sometime now but have currently stalled.

i have the pictures below but need help on the following.

The boils and puss spores? what colour do you think i should aim for.

The cracks on the armour - do I need to go to town and start rusting up the armour plates where the model has been aged naturally.

Im stuck as wether to do the banner ths creamy colour or go for a darkish red.

The lascannon I think needs changed at the end as the chaos black doesnt work

The puss infected claw? does this work or have i got the colours wrong.

Any other C&Cs more than welcome....

note the lascannon is the approx colour of the dreadnought

The boils and puss I think look great on the claw so would do them the same throughout the whole model.

As far as the rusting up, that\'s up to you. Really depends on what you are trying to achieve. I\'d say get everything else on the model done and then decide whether rust would fit with what the model looks like then.

I\'d leave the banner creamy, maybe add a bit of green, yellow and brown in there to dirty it up. Although I am a big fan of the color red I don\'t think it would work on this model.

Use metallics on the lascannon instead of the black, dirty them up with brown, black and green washes and it will look fine.

Over all looking great, I\'ve always loved this model. I\'d say my favorite part of it so far is the way you\'ve done the claw, would like to see the same on the rest of the model. Good job.
