Hasslefree is based in England, and Freebooter in Germany. They\'re both smaller companies, and it would take a lot of cash and organization for them to come over to an NA con. I know Hasslefree has been attending at least some cons in Britain and is looking into increasing their con presence there slowly. Ilyad, MSB Toys and several other non-North American mini makers were also absent, I\'m sure for the same reason.
Last year Fantization.com had a booth, and they were selling Hasslefree and Spyglass minis, and possibly some other brands that for location or size reasons didn\'t have their own presence at the con. I saw a fair number of general vendor booths for RPGs, pre-painted minis and CCGs this year, but I don\'t recall seeing any general mini vendor type places, aside from one that focused on historical type stuff like Flames of War, but which also had Vallejo paints and other supplies like that. (I think there were two booths like that last year, but I might be misremembering.)
