I took a shot at taking a couple of pics from my wulfen warband. It\'s done with my new webcam, but unfortunatly the quality is not really outstanding... :(

Love their mini\'s, and I hope to build up an army for ragnarok in a few months, but I also want to make a Mid-Nor warband....

Aaaagh, the agony of choice! ;)

is it your camera or do you lack colours in your palette???

All seem kinda dark/black.???

sorta both...

The mini\'s are dark, they are supposed to be night creatures, so I felt that bright colours wouldn\'t work. I always use a limited panel anyway (this one is a mix of dark browns, dark blues and some bone to contrast)

And it is also the camera partly. I just bought it and wanted to give it a try even though the sun already went down and I had to rely on my (very weak) spotlight on my desk. :)

Next time with a little more patience and light, I could get better pics. :p

Yup, that earned her a steady job in my army!lol

I have only used her 3 times and every time she kicks @ss (you have to love follow ups of 10 cm... :cool: )

Yup, I just have to get that clan box! But unfortunatly, they were sold out to fast... :(

If I buy that box, I might be able to get an entire paria army of 800 points together... :D With the extra cards to represent outcast hunters, predators and vestales, coupled with all the other paria\'s (including killyox... ;) ) you should be able to get a nice little army together.

And to think that when you select an army like that, you\'ll be able to give your models implacable/1 for every 100 PA that is still on the table!

Mwhuhahahahahaaaaaa :D

I actually like the somewhat less busy mini\'s IE the ones with not 1000 different colors.
They look a lot more natural.
Did you use normal metallics? If so make it a bit more dirty on the standard of Killiox.

Yup I used regular metalics on my wulfen. I was experimenting with NMM before that, but the results weren\'t that great...:rolleyes:

And I didn\'t have the patience to wait 3-4 months before mastering the technique completly. :bouncy:

BTW I also posted up my asgarh. He\'s not completly finished though (none of them are...), because I want to get a painted army first and then worry about all the fine detail...

looks great, yet I would make a bit more effort to make a more striking difference between the brown you used as basecoat and the brown you used to highlight.

Yeah some ppl mailed me about that...

I just think it sucks that the pics are al that blurry. I think I\'m gonna try scanning pictures next time, because the webcam clearly isn\'t up to it... :(

Seriously, from what I see I like them, but you really need a better camera to show them up...

I think the models look great, but the picture quality sucks...
Even if you don\'t have a digital camera, I think a scanner does a better job than a webcam (if you have a scanner that is :)).

Good job.
