My Second Hellbrute

<trying to be helpful, not flame> As far as the "unfinished" comment - it looks like you ended at midtones on the flesh. Maybe try adding highlights? Also, the head inside there.. those little spikey bits... you did them white or metallic everywhere else, and left them flesh tone in the "mouth". Looks like you didn't get around to finishing that part up. I know, I know, it would be a lot easier to paint those before assembly.

I have to agree with Gepzo. The model needs some more highlighting.
Also the head/face could benefit from some more "fine" detail. Like the teeth of the face, the eyes.

Otherwise the mini is nicely painted

While most of the model is better than the last one, the flesh seems to have gone a similar step in the wrong direction

Everything needs more highlights. But, apart from that its really pretty nicely done. If you work the fleshy parts up to a more boney-flesh colour, and take the pilot's head right up to ivory around the cheeks, nose and forehead, thatll make a big difference.

I've adjusted the colour balance to be "accurate" and I have to agree about the skin tones.
Haveing looked in Photoshop really close these look just like a single layer and then washed rather than properly highlighted, plus all the teeth/fangs around the inside are untouched and exactly the same colour as the skin.
IMO you need to work on bringing up the skin highlights at least three separate stages to make it work.
Oh and a tip for metalic paints. Try to keep you brush strokes all in the same direction it helps give the impression of smoother metals.
The graininess of the metals shows a chnge in direction and a touch of drying on the (facing) right hand shoulder plate.
