Great paint job. The excecution is superb and the color selection spot on. The only prb is the way the right front leg is positioned and that would be from the sculpt . Did the vote thing.

The model or the painter????

I love what you\'ve done with a sculpt that is lacking a lot of the definition you have managed to capture with the paint..very nicely done indeed.

Thank you a lot :) I\'m very appreciate your comments! Yes, you\'re right LOTR miniatures are little boring with its faded (but realistic!) colors. This was very hard job \'cause sculpt itself was horrible - I\'ve done a surgical operation on her face, cheeks and nose :) Also many little \"sculpter errors\" like: missing sword hilt (!) and belt buckle, which I forced to sculpt by myself

I\'ve had similar experiences with the LOTR range. Mold lines in faces etc. The worst was Gandalf on Shadowfax. That model required alot of GS and I still haven\'t finished it.

Granddad!
great job, been and voted
if you like LoTR minis, but don\'t like the GW sculpts, keep a look out for the 54mm ones from the magazine (not the GW one). Once you stip off the crap paint job, the sculpts a really quite good, and because they are under licence they look like the actors/characters from the film too :D
The recent chess set ones aren\'t too bad looking either
